Ans. Although it is not necessary to register, we recommend you register once, so that you do not have to enter your details each time you log in this and this will take a few minutes. We will also keep you updated on the activities and promotions we run from time to time.

Q1. What payment options does Maspar support?
Ans. We accept all Master, Visa and, American express cards. Net banking facility of all Major Banks in India. Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q2. What is Cash on Delivery?
Ans. If you do not want to pay Online, you can opt for COD payment. You can pay at the time of delivery at your shipping address without any advance Payment. You can pay to the courier delivering the product. Please note below the conditions applicable for COD The minimum order value is Rs. 1000 A surcharge of Rs. 100 will be applicable for order value less than Rs. 1000. Shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for COD. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD Please note: we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order. Additional and Surcharges. Note : COD orders are only applicable for NCR region.
Q3. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Maspar (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
Ans. No, The listed price is inclusive of all the taxes and is the final price what you have to pay for the product. The minimum order value is Rs. 1000. A surcharge of Rs. 100 will be applicable for order value less than Rs. 1000. Shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for COD. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD.

Q1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Ans. Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the date of order placed.
Q2. How can I track my order?
Ans. You can track your order anytime by entering order id into track my order (A link under My account Category). There you can track all your order details with your order Id. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID in subject or Call on 011 - 40605050. Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Q3. What do the different order statuses mean?
Ans. 1. Open: When an order has been placed recently 2. In Transit: When the order is in processing stage by our team. 3. Failed: If the order has been cancelled by our team due to any reason. 4. Cancelled: When the order has been cancelled by the customer. 5. Dispatched: When the order has been processed by our team & is on its way for delivery. 6. Delivered: When the order has been delivered to the customer.
Q4. When and how can I cancel an order?
Ans. You can cancel your order by calling at 011- 40605050 before 6:00 pm of the day when you have placed your order.
Q5. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Ans. You will receive a message alert on the email id/ mobile number registered by you.
Q6. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Ans. For changing your shipping address after placing your order you need to contact to our Customer Care representative at 011 - 40605050 & they will confirm whether it is possible or not ( if order is not yet dispatched , then he/she will definitely change your shipping address.)
Q7. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
Ans. Yes, you can do this. For this, you need to place different order for every item; you want to receive on a different shipping address.
Q8. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
Ans. The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order. If in case you are not at home he/she will leave a message and make a second attempt. We urge you to plan and co-ordinate accordingly so that someone is available at home to receive the order.

Returns & Exchanges
Q1. What is your return policy?
Ans. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, please note the following terms applicable. You must return your purchase item within 14 days of delivery. The items must not have been used and should be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a Gift Voucher/ credit note can be issued to you. Please note that we will not make a refund for goods that have been damaged or washed. The refund policy is only applicable on those items that are purchased from Maspar website. Courier the item with the return sticker provided inside.
