Q1. Is it necessary to register on the website to shop?

Ans. Although it is not necessary to register. However, we strongly recommend you to register with maspar so that you do not have to enter your details again and again in order to place an order. Also, you will be notified whenever promotional deals would be live.

Q2. How do I create an account?

Ans. To create an account user can register or also can sign-up with there Facebook or Google account.

Q3. If I forget my ID and Password, what should I do?

Ans. For password recovery, please follow below mentioned steps: 1. Click on Sign in 2. Click on Forgot your Password 3. Enter your Email Id & your Password will be sent to your Email Id/ mobile phone number.

Payment Information & Refund

Q1. What Payment Options Does maspar Support?

Ans. We accept Visa card, Master card, American express, Net-banking (facility of all Major Banks in India), Pay-Tm and COD (Cash only).

Q2. What Is COD?

Ans. COD means Cash on Delivery, a type of transaction in which the buyer makes the payment only when the goods are delivered.

Note- Gift vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used on COD. Also, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD orders.

Q3. What should be the minimum order value?

Ans.There is no minimum order value on the site currently. However, Rs 99/- delivery charge would be applicable if the order value is below INR 1000.

Q3. Are There Any Hidden Charges When I Make A Purchase On maspar (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

Ans. No, the listed price is all inclusive tax and is the final price which you need to pay in order to buy an Item.

Q1. How long will it take to deliver my order?

Ans. The shipment get delivered within 3-7 business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded) from the date of order placed.

Q4. When and how can I cancel an order?

Ans. You can cancel your order by calling at 011- 40605050 before 6:00 pm of the day when you have placed your order.

Q5. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Ans. You will receive a message alert on the email id/ mobile number registered by you.

Q6. Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?

Ans. To change shipping address post placing the order you can write to us on customercare@maspar.com or contact to our customer representative at 011 - 40605022 and the needful would be done.

Q7. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Ans. Yes, you can do this. For this, you need to place different order for every item; you want to receive on a different shipping address.

Q8. What If I Am Not At Home At The Time Of Delivery?

Ans. The courier partner will contact you before attempting the delivery. If in case consignee is not available a SMS would be dropped and second delivery will be attempted as per further communication.

Returns & Exchanges

Q1. What Is Your Return Policy?

Ans. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product does not meet your expectations you can give us a request for return/exchange by contacting our customer representative.

Please note the following terms applicable.

  1. The return request should be made within 14 days of shipment delivery and Courier the item with the return sticker provided inside.
  2. The items must not have been used and should be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a Gift Voucher/ credit note can be issued to you.
  3. maspar will not be able to refund for goods which has been damaged or washed.
  4. The refund policy is only applicable on those items which are purchased from maspar website.

Q2. What should I do if the product received is defective?
