Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the package
Refund Request Timeline
- You must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Return
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by invoice/receipt
Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products such as discounted items, customized orders, may not be eligible for return.
